Office Manager Executive Assistant

We are Sustainable Capital Group, a corporate finance house specialised in sustainability. We assist green financiers, impact investors and organisations in achieving their sustainability and financing objectives. We do this by structuring for ESG, and under the EU Taxonomy and SFDR regulations. We match those groups seeking capital with institutional, Green and Impact investors to ensure long-term value creation and accelerate the net-zero future.

To accomplish our mission and support the Amsterdam office, we are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant.

Your tasks will include

  • To keep the office tidy and in good order, including organising lunch and welcoming guests;
  • Acting as an Executive Assistant for Senior Management;
  • To have oversight on SCG’s HR activities and financial administration;
  • Responsible for optimising current processes and operations within the office environment;
  • Be the point of contact for service companies and take responsibility for facility maintenance;
  • Ensuring sufficient stock of office supplies, food and drink;
  • Organising travel, events and accommodation.

Your profile

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant;
  • Good IT support skills;
  • Strong time management and organisation;
  • Vibrant and powerful personality, structured and critical;
  • A highly motivated and strong team player, with a passion for sustainability;
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English (both oral and written) is a pre-requisite.
