We’re looking for a mission-driven real estate associate partner—a maker and maverick type to join our energetic team. With 17 of us in our Amsterdam office made up of 10 different nationalities, we work in an inclusive manner where every voice is heard.
So, are you ready to:
- Lead the origination and closing of real estate mandates (debt/equity raising & advisory) in the Benelux region
- Guide clients on their sustainable financing roadmap
- Support the wider real estate team on closing projects across other jurisdictions
- Build our investor network
- Attend real estate events/conferences, share our vision and contribute to the growth of our business
- Sit on SCG’s New Deal Committee and help to evaluate new business opportunities
Is this your profile?
- 7+ years of experience in the real estate sector, ideally in a financing or investing capacity
- Track record in closing real estate transactions
- Understanding of sustainable financing structures
- Strong network of real estate contacts (developers, companies, financiers)
- Committed to supporting our sustainability journey
- Smart, hungry and likeable
- And are you fluent in both Dutch and English?
