Mischa Reijngoudt is an Associate in the Corporate Finance and M&A team at Sustainable Capital Group (SCG), where he supports deal structuring and execution for sell-side transactions in the climate tech space.
During his tenure at SCG, Mischa has been involved in numerous successful capital raising and M&A transactions for mid-market clients, gaining extensive experience in financial structuring, modelling, and stakeholder management across complex fundraising processes.
He studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Economics and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics, specialising in Corporate Finance and Risk Management.
Outside of work, Mischa enjoys running, exploring exotic travel destinations, and immersing himself in high fantasy novels.
