Alicia Glennon is a Director in the Corporate Finance and M&A advisory team at Sustainable Capital Group, where she leads transaction execution from origination through to completion and plays a key role in business development, expanding and maintaining the firm’s network of investors and companies across Europe.
Alicia began her career in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank in London, where she worked in the UK M&A team. During this time, she advised on a range of high-profile public and private transactions across sectors including Telecoms, Real Estate, Financial Institutions, Mobility, and Industrials. In 2020, she completed a Master’s in Global Business and Sustainability at Rotterdam School of Management, building expertise in how ESG and sustainability trends influence corporate strategy, capital allocation and investment decision-making.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys fitness, good food, and hiking in the mountians.
