Letícia Bueno Director

Letícia Bueno is a Director at Sustainable Capital Group, where she leads the integration of sustainability into corporate finance advisory. She advises mid-market companies and investors on how sustainability, governance, and long-term performance factors enhance credibility and access to capital.

Originally from Brazil, Leticia began her career at a leading international law firm, where she worked for six years in the banking and finance department advising on M&A, capital markets, and project finance transactions. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in financial structuring, contract drafting, and transaction management. After relocating to Europe, she completed a European Master in Law and Economics (LL.M.) at Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Minor in Impact Measurement and Social Entrepreneurship, focusing on how positive impact can be measured and valued.

At SCG, Leticia established the firm’s Sustainable Finance Advisory practice, initially focused on sustainability regulation (SFDR and EU Taxonomy) for fundraising and fund structuring. She now leads the development of SCG’s Sustainability Value Advisory, embedding sustainability analysis into every M&A and capital-raising transaction.

Leticia sits on impact committees of investment funds and has participated in international legal innovation initiatives such as the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL) and the Legal Innovation for Sustainable Investments (LISI). She is fluent in English and Portuguese, conversational in Spanish, and enjoys collecting and curating vinyl records.
