Leticia is a legal professional with over 5 years of experience in complex banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and capital markets, both in Brazil and internationally. In 2019, she concluded her LL.M in Law and Economics in Haifa, Rotterdam, and Aix-en-Provence, where she developed a passion for sustainable finance. She decided to join the Sustainable Capital Group since it offered her the opportunity to apply her structuring expertise to sustainable projects. Leticia’s work is primarily focused on the development of project structures and building the bridge between the legal and the financial world.
