Lucas is our Managing Director at Sustainable Capital Group and has a passion for fast moving scale up environments and sustainability. At Sustainable Capital Group Lucas’ experience and passions come together in a perfect match. In his 20+ years career Lucas worked as a lawyer and a (corporate) banker and within that framework has been involved in many companies in all kinds of stages. Thereafter Lucas became Chief Corporate Services at The Student Hotel and supported the growth of TSH from a portfolio of 2 hotels to a portfolio of 23 hotels in 7 jurisdictions and 750 staff. Since then, Lucas became an independent contractor and has supported various other companies in their scale-up journey.
