Ramsey is a Director in the Real Estate team, leading transactions and business development in the UK, as well as supporting Dutch deals.
His responsibilities include strategic analysis of new deals, advanced financial modelling, pitching to investors, and leading deal execution.
He has 8 years of experience in capital markets and real estate, including 4 years at SCG and 4 years at Santander in London, where he worked across Debt Capital Markets and Debt Advisory.
At Santander, he gained experience structuring green, social, and sustainability-linked bonds.
