Prior to joining the Real Estate team at Sustainable Capital Group, Jay worked in Shanghai, where he represented a UK based investment bank and LSE AIM NOMAD, undertaking AIM IPO’s, capital markets placements and advisory across sectors. Previously based in London, Jay was Head of Business Management at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG and co-founded a real estate debt and private equity asset management advisory. Prior to his MBA, Jay held senior roles in real estate development in Canada.
