Wanted: Associate, Real Estate Capital Markets (on-site at Elfi)
We’re looking for an Associate to join SCG’s Real Estate team, working in-house at our client Elfi in their Amsterdam office. You will join a team of 3 SCG professionals dedicated to delivering Elfi’s ambitious growth strategy, working exclusively as their financial advisor and internal capital markets function.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Exclusively focused on raising capital for Elfi and serving as part of their internal capital markets function
- Working in close cooperation with Elfi’s founder, Management team, and the dedicated SCGxElfi team working on-site at Elfi
- Assisting in the underwriting of new residential real estate projects (both development and operating)
- Supporting with the preparation of business plans and cash flow modelling
- Taking the lead on preparation of Investment Papers, Information Memoranda and Teasers
- Participating in investor meetings with potential debt and equity parties
- Leading the transaction management and coordination of third parties during closing of transactions
- Coordinating asset valuation processes
- Support Elfi team on debt compliance and reporting
- Spending at least 4 days per week at Elfi’s office
Ideal Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial modelling in either investment banking / capital markets / real estate
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong eye for detail and consistent standards
- A proactive team player, biased to action with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent planning skills and ability to work towards deadlines with little supervision
- Fluent in English (both oral and written), with fluency in Dutch a bonus
- Smart, hungry and likeable
- You thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
